John is an experienced project manager and planner (including Primavera P6), as well as a contract and cost/ commercial management specialist. This rounded background helps him to identify opportunities and solve problems from both a time/ scheduling and a cost/ quantum perspective.
He is a committed problem solver, helping clients to turn around problematic projects as well as many years spent in dispute resolution.
He also has extensive experience of advising clients at a strategic level on frameworks and procurement planning. John has recently been involved in some innovative energy projects (including carbon reduction and capture) at a technical advisory and project level.

Andrew has over 20 years of experience in quantity surveying, commercial management, claims and dispute resolution including representing parties in adjudication.
He has worked for a diverse range of sectors including the civil engineering, building, oil, gas, process, telecommunications and nuclear industries.
Andrew is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (FCInstCES) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). Andrew is also a Member of the Association of Cost Engineers (MACostE) and a Member of the Adjudication Society.
